Venue and Seating information:
The Oakland Arena is a premier venue known for its excellent acoustics and spacious layout, accommodating up to 19,000 attendees. It has served as a home for numerous legendary performances, making it a favored destination for music lovers.
When considering seating arrangements, sections located closer to the stage, particularly the Floor and Lower Bowl, offer an immersive experience with superior sound quality and proximity to the performers. However, the Upper Bowl sections, while still providing a good view, might not deliver the same energy and connection to the performance. The Loge seats strike an intermediate balance, offering a decent experience for concertgoers who wish to enjoy the show without breaking the bank.
Parking information:
For those driving to the concert, several parking options are available near the Oakland Arena to accommodate attendees. Some notable parking venues include:
- Oakland Coliseum Parking Lot
- East Oakland Community Parking
- Oakland Arena Parking Garage
The best parking choice would be the Oakland Coliseum Parking Lot, located at 7000 Coliseum Way, Oakland, CA. Pricing is reasonable, generally ranging around $30 for event parking. This lot is advantageous due to its proximity to the venue and efficient access routes for both entry and exit, enhancing the overall event experience.
While most parking options offer convenience, it is advisable to avoid areas that tend to be congested, such as street parking along busy intersections close to the venue, which can lead to delays in both arrival and departure. Planning ahead by utilizing designated parking areas can help ensure a smoother experience for all concertgoers.
